Dr. Monica Terrell Leach

 A distinguished higher education executive and business strategist with more than 30 years of leadership experience across public universities.


Throughout her career, she has successfully led transformational initiatives that improved student success, strengthened academic quality, enhanced organizational effectiveness, and advanced institutional growth.


As Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Leach guided significant institutional achievements, including historic enrollment growth, improved student retention, expanded academic opportunities, and support for major institutional milestones, including research designation and national recognition.


Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic vision, Dr. Leach has built and led high-performing teams while fostering cultures of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
